Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identifying potential clients through various channels like networking, market research, and cold calling.
  • Sales Presentations: Delivering compelling presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Managing the entire sales process from initial contact to closing deals.
  • Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Meeting or exceeding individual and team sales targets.
  • Sales Reporting: Tracking sales metrics, preparing reports, and forecasting future sales performance.
  • Product/Service Knowledge: Developing a deep understanding of the company's products or services.
  • Market Awareness: Staying informed about industry trends, competitors, and market demands.
  • Collaboration: Working with other teams, such as marketing and customer service, to align sales strategies and ensure customer needs are met.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
  • Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate prices, terms, and contracts with clients.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport and relationships with clients.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve client issues and challenges.
  • Sales Skills: Proven ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.
  • Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of the products or services being sold.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
  • Digital Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and other sales technologies.
  • Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,631.08 - ₹30,000.00 per month
