Location: Gurugram Job Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 2-3 years in sales Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Executive to promote and sell our portfolio of professional medical and healthcare courses. The role involves identifying leads, building strong client relationships, and helping medical professionals choose the right programs to upskill and grow in their careers. Key Responsibilities: Identify, connect, and convert prospective leads into enrollments for medical and healthcare courses. Handle inbound queries from doctors, paramedics, students, hospitals, and clinics. Conduct product/course presentations via phone, email, video calls, or in-person. Follow up with leads via CRM tools, calls, and WhatsApp. Maintain knowledge of all current courses, certifications, and industry trends. Build partnerships with clinics, hospitals, medical colleges, and training institutes. Work towards monthly and quarterly targets. Provide feedback to the marketing and academic team based on customer interactions. Requirements: Graduate in any stream (background in life sciences, pharmacy, or marketing preferred). Proven sales experience, ideally in ed-tech, pharma, or healthcare. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and meet targets. Comfortable with basic digital tools (CRM, Excel, email marketing). Passion for healthcare education and upskilling. Preferred: Experience in selling B2B or B2C education programs. Knowledge of medical terminologies or familiarity with the healthcare domain. Language skills in English and regional languages. Show more Show less
