Position: Telecaller Expert – Medical Course Sales Experience: Minimum 3 Years Location: Gurugram Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Telecaller Expert with a proven track record in selling medical courses to doctors and healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in telesales, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of the medical education landscape. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to doctors, clinics, and hospitals to promote and sell medical courses. Understand the educational needs of medical professionals and recommend suitable courses. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and conversion goals. Maintain a strong follow-up system to ensure high conversion rates. Update and manage CRM tools with accurate lead and call information. Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients. Handle inquiries, objections, and provide detailed information about the courses offered. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team for lead generation and strategy improvements. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of telesales experience, specifically in the medical/healthcare education sector. Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills. Strong understanding of medical terminologies and the healthcare ecosystem. Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office tools. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. A customer-first approach with attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications: Background in life sciences, healthcare, or allied fields.
