Job Overview:

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting leads into successful sales and contributing to the company s revenue growth. You will be provided with qualified leads by the internal team, and your main responsibility will be to engage with these leads, understand their needs, and successfully close sales. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for sales and a strong desire to help customers achieve their personal and professional goals.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Education: A Bachelor s degree is required. (Preferred fields: Business, Marketing, Communications, or related)
  • Experience: 0-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in e-learning, tele-sales, or a related industry.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade customers effectively.
  • Outbound Call Proficiency: Comfortable with making outbound calls and handling conversations that drive sales.
  • Sales Acumen: Proven ability to close deals, meet sales targets, and drive revenue.
  • Active Listening: Ability to understand customer needs through active listening and offer tailored solutions.
  • Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on maintaining and growing long-term relationships with clients.
  • Goal-Oriented: Ability to set and achieve monthly/annual sales targets.
  • Organization: Strong organizational skills to track leads, sales progress, and manage customer interactions accurately.

Roles Responsibilities:

  • Lead Conversion: Engage with leads provided by the internal team through outbound calls and convert them into sales by presenting BizGurukul s courses and offerings.
  • Sales Closing: Successfully close sales deals by addressing client concerns, offering solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Target Achievement: Work towards achieving monthly or annual sales targets and consistently hit or exceed quotas.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their continued satisfaction and retention.
  • Customer Needs Analysis: Use active listening techniques to understand the specific needs of customers and identify the most suitable courses or affiliate opportunities for them.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on the latest industry trends, competitor activities, and new offerings to provide clients with relevant and up-to-date information.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the internal team to provide feedback on customer needs and identify areas for improvement in sales strategies.
