Description
We are looking for a creative and confident Social Media Executive who is comfortable being in front of the camera and has a strong understanding of content trends on Instagram. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, creating, and publishing engaging content, including Reels, stories, and static posts—using your own face and personality to represent the brand. Key Responsibilities: • Content Creation: Develop and shoot engaging Instagram content (Reels, stories, carousels, and static posts), often featuring yourself on camera. • Trend Research: Stay updated with Instagram trends, audio, and formats to create relevant and timely content. • Scripting & Planning: Write scripts and plan shoot ideas aligned with brand goals and content calendar. • Posting & Scheduling: Upload content as per the schedule, write engaging captions, and use relevant hashtags. • Community Engagement: Interact with followers via DMs, comments, and story replies to build a loyal audience. • Analytics & Reporting: Track post performance and engagement metrics to optimize content strategy. • Collaboration: Coordinate with designers, editors, and other team members as needed. Requirements: • Strong on-camera presence and confidence to represent the brand using your face. • Passion for social media and familiarity with Instagram trends, especially Reels. • Basic understanding of content creation tools (e.g., Instagram, InShot, CapCut, Canva). • Good communication skills • Ability to brainstorm and execute creative content ideas independently. • (Preferred but not mandatory) Prior experience as a content creator, influencer, or social media intern
