Job Description

We’re looking for an energetic Community Associate to help expand and engage Xylem Karnataka’s online and offline communities. This position blends strategic planning, content development, and relationship-building with students and key partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage compelling content for social media, WhatsApp, Telegram, and the company website.
Build vibrant online communities, moderate groups/forums, and consistently encourage participant engagement.
Handle digital platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook) to increase visibility and audience retention.
Work closely with marketing and academic teams to ensure content supports organizational objectives.
Plan and execute events, webinars, and live sessions.
Monitor engagement data and use insights to enhance community strategies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related discipline.
Prior experience in community management and content creation (preferably in EdTech).
Fluency in both Kannada and English.
Strong understanding of social media trends and engagement practices.
Proficiency with content creation tools and social media management platforms.
