Job Position: Showroom Sales Executive – Calicut

Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic female Showroom Sales Executive to represent Beautile in our Calicut showroom. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, driving sales, and assisting customers in selecting the best products for their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

· Sales Generation: Meeting or exceeding sales targets by promoting and selling products to potential customers.

· Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

· Demonstrate product features and benefits effectively.

· Maintain the showroom appearance, including display arrangements and stock management.

· Handle inquiries, follow up with potential leads, and convert them into sales.

· Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, including builders, Architects, contractors, and dealers.

· Product Knowledge: Providing expert advice on product selection, recommending suitable options based on customer needs, and demonstrating product features.

· Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for promotions and campaigns.

· Maintain records of customer interactions, sales, and payments.

· Provide feedback to management regarding customer preferences, trends, and market demands.

· Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.

· Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and colleagues.

· Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate prices and terms of sale effectively.

· Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve customer issues and concerns.

· Target Orientation: Ability to work towards and achieve sales targets.

· Teamwork: Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with colleagues.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Master's in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the tiles or construction industry.

· Prior experience in showroom sales, preferably in tiles, furniture, or home décor.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

· Knowledge of MS Office and basic sales software is a plus.
