We operate with execution-driven teams in the UAE and India, serving SMEs, corporates, and professionals looking to establish or expand business operations in the UAE.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Sales Executive (B2B Services) for our Infopark Kochi office, focused on Indian market lead handling, client communication, and service sales related to UAE business services.

This is a target-driven role requiring strong communication skills, confidence in cold calling, and the ability to convert inquiries into confirmed service orders.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development

  • Handle inbound and outbound B2B sales calls related to UAE business services
  • Perform cold calling to Indian companies, entrepreneurs, and professionals
  • Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate Plus UAE services
  • Close sales independently and achieve assigned monthly targets

Client Communication

  • Communicate clearly and professionally in English (mandatory)
  • Explain service scope, timelines, pricing, and documentation requirements
  • Coordinate with internal teams for service execution after deal closure

Lead & CRM Management

  • Update leads, follow-ups, and closures in CRM or assigned tracking system
  • Maintain accurate client data and sales status reports
  • Ensure timely follow-ups until deal closure or rejection

Eligibility CriteriaMandatory Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of B2B service sector sales experience
  • Strong English speaking and communication skills
  • Proven cold calling experience
  • Comfortable with target-based sales environment
  • Willing to work from Infopark Kochi office

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

  • Experience selling services (consulting, documentation, compliance, IT, education, or professional services)
  • Familiarity with CRM systems
  • Exposure to UAE, GCC, or international service sales

  • Confident phone communication and persuasion skills
  • Negotiation and closing capability
  • Time management and follow-up discipline
  • Professional attitude and client-handling maturity

Performance Metrics (KPIs)

  • Number of qualified calls per day
  • Conversion rate from lead to sale
  • Monthly revenue target achievement
  • Follow-up compliance and CRM accuracy

  • Sales Head / Business Manager (India–UAE Operations)
