Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Identify potential customers for home loans and personal loans through lead generation activities such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Conduct site visits to assess client properties for loan purposes.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues related to loan processing.
Meet or exceed monthly targets set by the organization.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-3 years of experience in B2C Sales, Business Development, Retail Sales, Field Sales, Loan Against Property (LAP), Home Loan & Personal Loan industries.
Strong understanding of financial products including mortgages and lending services.
Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
