Location: Pace City 1, Plot No. 103, Sector 37, Gurugram – 122001 Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM Working Days: Monday to Saturday Job Description: Autotrade Design Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive with 1–2 years of experience to join our growing team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and driving revenue through effective sales strategies. Key Responsibilities: Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, cold calling, and referrals. Present company products and services clearly and persuasively to clients. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions. Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Follow up with clients for payments, orders, and feedback. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales data, and reports. Coordinate with internal departments for timely delivery and customer support. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends. Candidate Requirements: Experience: 1–2 years in sales (preferably in the automotive). Education: Graduate in any discipline (Marketing preferred). Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Confident, self-motivated, and target-driven Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently Language: Fluency in English communication is preferred.
