Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

* Meet daily/weekly targets for sales performance metrics such as conversion rates, average order value, and customer satisfaction scores.
* Process customer inquiries and resolve issues related to existing accounts or new product applications.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and resolve any operational issues that may arise.
* Generate leads through outbound sales calls to promote banking products such as credit cards, fixed deposits, and other financial services.

Desired Candidate Profile

0-3 years of experience in B2B or B2C sales, lead generation, or inside sales.
Excellent communication skills with convincing power and pressure handling abilities.
Strong selling skills with target achievement mindset; ability to work under pressure.
