Job Title: Sales Executive

Reports To: Sales Manager / Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell our range of rechargeable torches, lanterns, headlamps, and lighting products. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B / dealer sales within the electronics or lighting industry, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and export markets.
• Generate sales leads through existing dealer networks, distributors, and OEM customers.
• Promote company products through effective product presentations and demonstrations.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as assigned by management.
• Maintain regular follow-up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and competitor analysis.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatch, and payment collection.
• Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
• Understand customer requirements and provide feedback to the product development and marketing teams.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in sales of lighting, electrical, or electronic products preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel frequently and manage field sales independently.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Target-oriented mindset with strong follow-up and closing skills.

Salary: As per industry standards + incentives based on performance

Job Types: Full-time, Commission, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
