Job Title: Sales Executive Department: Sales & Marketing Reports To: Sales Manager / Director Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell our range of rechargeable torches, lanterns, headlamps, and lighting products . The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B / dealer sales within the electronics or lighting industry, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and export markets. Generate sales leads through existing dealer networks, distributors, and OEM customers. Promote company products through effective product presentations and demonstrations. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as assigned by management. Maintain regular follow-up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and competitor analysis. Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatch, and payment collection. Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns to enhance brand visibility. Understand customer requirements and provide feedback to the product development and marketing teams. Required Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. 2–5 years of experience in sales of lighting, electrical, or electronic products preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to travel frequently and manage field sales independently. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Target-oriented mindset with strong follow-up and closing skills.
