Sales Executive

Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented Sales Executive to oversee and drive sales performance by promoting and selling company products according to the official price list and company guidelines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely follow-up on leads and customer satisfaction. This position requires a strong focus on sales strategy execution, reporting, team leadership, and coordination to meet sales targets.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Promote and sell company products in alignment with the companys price list and guidelines.
• Prepare quotations and promotional materials as per company standards.
• Follow up and coordinate with customers, resellers, distributors, and purchase officers regarding generated leads.
• Review purchase orders and report discrepancies in terms and conditions to the Reporting Relationship.
• Handle customer feedback effectively and escalate insights or complaints to improve product or service quality.
• Ensure preparation of all post-sales documentation in an accurate and timely manner.
• Must have capability to receive guidance, training, and support from team members to enhance productivity and sales effectiveness.
• Collect, compile, and submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and updates to the Reporting Relationship.
• Foster a collaborative and motivated team environment, ensuring high levels of engagement and accountability.
• Identify performance gaps and recommend or implement corrective actions where necessary.
• Coordinate closely with the dispatch department to ensure timely and accurate product delivery.
• Assist in dispatch coordination, follow-ups, and on-site inventory management when needed.
