Role & responsibilities * Operate and maintain lathe machines effectively to perform various machining operations on components used in the products. * Accurately position, align, and securely fix workpieces onto the lathe machine using appropriate fixtures and techniques to ensure stability and precision during machining. * Perform manual surfacing operations on job materials to achieve smooth, uniform finishes and meet specified surface quality requirements and tolerances. * Utilize drill machines to create precise holes in workpieces according to design specifications, blueprints, and quality standards. * Accurately measure machined components using Vernier Calipers and other precision measuring tools to verify dimensions and ensure adherence to required specifications and tolerances. * Skillfully set up and execute thread cutting operations on the outer diameter of components, ensuring correct thread type, pitch, and dimensions for proper functionality. * Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to understand machining requirements and tolerances. * Monitor machine operation, adjust settings as needed, and troubleshoot minor issues to maintain efficient production. * Conduct regular maintenance checks on the lathe machine and associated equipment, reporting any malfunctions or maintenance needs promptly. * Adhere strictly to workplace safety regulations and protocols to ensure a safe working environment. * Maintain a clean and organized work area. * Inspect finished components for quality and accuracy, identifying and reporting any defects. * Collaborate with other team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow and achieve production targets. Job Overview: The Sales & Service Engineer is responsible for promoting and selling company products, providing post-sales support, coordinating with clients and internal teams, and ensuring seamless product installation, service delivery, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell company products in accordance with company pricing, policies, and branding guidelines. Generate and follow up on leads, and maintain regular communication with customers, resellers, distributors, and purchase officers. Understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions as needed. Prepare quotations and promotional materials in alignment with company standards. Maintain proper documentation of all sales activities, including lead tracking and closure status. Convey customer feedback on product performance and suggestions for improvement to the Reporting Relationship and relevant departments. Maintain updated knowledge of product features, competitive landscape, and market trends. Coordinate with service staff to ensure timely execution of installations, maintenance (on-call and preventive), and other service-related tasks. Take regular updates from service staff and ensure uninterrupted workflow by addressing any operational issues promptly. Ensure invoices are generated on time in coordination with the accounts and service teams. Review post-sales documents for completeness and accuracy. Communicate recurring technical issues or customer complaints to R&D, Production, and Sales teams for corrective actions and product improvements. Administrative & Reporting: Ensure accurate and periodic reporting of all job status and activities to the designated Reporting Relationship. Job Overview: The job requires the employee to coordinate between Service department, Sales department, Accounts department and Production department to fulfill the installation and service requirement of Company products and parts thereof time to time. The employee is required to keep a close overview of the customer service and installation queries and collect reports from the service staffs to take timely decision about addressing such issues to keep the service workflow undisrupted. Role & responsibilities: Actively maintain the production chain to ensure continuous and undisrupted workflow, as directed by the Reporting Officer. Perform testing, fault detection, and fault rectification on instruments and components as required. Assembling of company products and parts thereof. Provide timely reports to the Reporting Officer, addressing any operational issues promptly. Provide hands-on support in the packing service, ensuring all requirements are met as and when needed. Assist in various department tasks under the guidance of respective department heads, following proper notice and approval from the Reporting Officer. Continuously monitor production operations to identify areas for improvement and suggest enhancements to processes, equipment, or safety measures. Contribute to training and mentoring new team members, providing guidance on the companys production processes and protocols. Visit client sites for the installation, servicing, and troubleshooting of company products as needed. Coordinate with service staff to ensure timely execution of installations, maintenance (on-call and preventive), and other service-related tasks.
