As a results-driven sales professional with a strong understanding of market dynamics and dealer management, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and ensuring timely collections while building strong relationships in the retail network. Key Responsibilities: - Drive retail sales of automotive paint products - Develop and manage a strong dealer/distributor network - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences - Generate demand through on-ground promotional activities - Ensure territory sales targets are met consistently Requirements: - Proven experience in retail sales - 1+ years in Retail Sales (Automotive Paints preferred but not mandatory) - Good dealer management and distribution handling skills - Understanding of market dynamics - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Must be based in or willing to relocate to Goa.,
