Are you a results-driven sales professional with a strong understanding of market dynamics and dealer management? We’re looking for someone who can drive sales growth and ensure timely collections while building strong relationships in the retail network. Key Responsibilities: Drive retail sales of our automotive paint products Develop and manage a strong dealer/distributor network Ensure timely collections and payment follow-ups Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences Generate demand through on-ground promotional activities Ensure territory sales targets are met consistently Requirements: Proven experience in retail sales. 1+ years in Retail Sales (Automotive Paints preferred but not mandatory) Good dealer management and distribution handling skills Understanding of market dynamics Excellent communication and negotiation skills Must be based in or willing to relocate to Goa.
