 JOB DESCRIPTION – SALES PERSONa. Job Title: Sales Person b. Department: Sales & Marketing Department c. Hierarchy Level: Entry / Middle Level (as per experience) d. Gender Preference: No preference – merit-based selection e. Age Preference: 20 + Years f. Pay Structure: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Incentives (based on performance) g. Reporting to: Sales Manager / CEO / Manager JOB BRIEFTo generate new business leads, convert inquiries into confirmed bookings, maintain client relationships, and achieve monthly sales targets. The Sales Person will represent the company to potential customers, present products and services effectively, and ensure customer satisfaction to drive repeat business and referrals. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITYRespond to all incoming inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, social media, or walk-ins promptly. Understand client needs, budget, and expectations to recommend the right package. Convert leads into confirmed bookings through professional communication and follow-up. Maintain accurate lead and client records in CRM software. Coordinate with the Pre-Production Manager for smooth client handover after booking. Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets. Upsell and cross-sell additional services (e.g., drone shoot, extra albums, same-day edits). Attend exhibitions, events , fairs, and promotional events to generate leads. Collect customer feedback post-service for continuous improvement. Provide weekly and monthly sales performance reports to management. EDUCATIONa. Minimum Education: Graduate in any discipline. b. Preferred Education: Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration. EXPERIENCEa. Minimum Experience in Sales: 2 years. b. Preferred Industry Experience: Photography, event management, or related service industry. BEHAVIOURAL & TECHNICAL SKILLSa. Fluent in English & Hindi (speaking and writing) b. Excellent communication and negotiation skills c. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills d. Self-motivated and target-oriented attitude e. Ability to work under pressure and handle objections confidently f. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, g.
