Sales Executive- Agriculture

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the

  sales strategy

  for SNFs Agriculture portfolio (water-soluble polymers, soil conditioners, irrigation aids, and seed coating agents).
• Identify and develop

  new business opportunities

  with agrochemical distributors, fertilizer companies, irrigation consultants, and government projects.
• Build and maintain

  relationships with key customers

  in the agri-input, fertilizer, and irrigation sectors.
• Conduct

  product trials, demonstrations, and field visits

  to showcase performance and value addition of SNF’s products.
• Collaborate with

  technical and R&D teams

  to customize formulations and provide on-field technical support.
• Monitor

  market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies

  to maintain a strong competitive position.
• Achieve assigned

  sales volume, revenue, and profitability targets

  within the assigned region.
• Prepare

  sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence

  for management decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with SNF’s

  ethical, safety, and environmental standards

  during all business operations.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education:

  B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Agriculture, Agri-Chemistry, Agronomy, or Chemical Engineering.

• Experience:

  8–12 years of sales or technical sales experience in

  agrochemicals, soil conditioners, fertilizers, irrigation aids, or crop enhancement products

  .
• Prior experience working with or selling to

  fertilizer companies, irrigation solution providers, or government agriculture departments

  will be preferred.

• Strong understanding

  of agricultural input markets, soil management, and farmer networks.
• Excellent

  communication, negotiation, and relationship-building

  skills.
• Proven ability to manage

  large territories and distributor networks
