Duties

  • Develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach, including cold calls, emails, and networking events
  • Manage and update customer relationship management (CRM) software to track interactions, follow-ups, and sales pipelines effectively
  • Negotiate terms and close deals with clients by understanding their needs and presenting customized solutions
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns and market trends
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and maintaining long-term relationships

Skills

  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers confidently
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, especially within technology or technical sales environments
  • Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer data and sales activities
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly
  • Skilled in inside sales techniques including outbound calling, warm calling, and telemarketing strategies
