Role Overview
We’re looking for a *Technical Sales Engineer* who is curious, driven, and ready to explore high-growth sectors.
The role involves promoting UZHI’s Thermal Interface Materials and Adhesive solutions, engaging with OEMs, integrators, and distributors, and supporting technical discussions with clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify new opportunities and drive product promotion across EV, Solar, LED, and Electronics sectors
* Generate and qualify leads, and manage client relationships through CRM tools
* Collaborate with R&D and technical teams to address customer needs
* Conduct technical presentations and product demos where required
* Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
Desired Skills
* Lead Generation and B2B Business Development
* CRM tools (Bigin / HubSpot / Zoho)
* Technology adoption & fast product learning
* Strategic LinkedIn networking and customer engagement
* Analytical, adaptive, and results-driven
Experience
* 2–3 years of experience in technical sales or industrial products preferred
* Experience is not key — *freshers with a fast-learning mindset are welcome*
