Sales Executive

As a Sales Executive at our Electrical Equipment Company in Ahmedabad, your primary responsibilities will include identifying potential customers through cold calling, networking, and market research. You will be required to present, promote, and sell our products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers. Building and maintaining positive business and customer relationships is crucial in this role. You will need to reach out to customer leads through follow-up calls and emails to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve agreed-upon sales targets within the specified schedule. Collaboration is key in our team, thus you will be expected to coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments. Additionally, analyzing the territory/markets potential, tracking sales, and providing status reports will be part of your regular tasks. It is important to keep management updated with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services. Staying informed about best practices and promotional trends is essential, as well as continuously improving through feedback and training opportunities.
