Key Responsibilities 
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to Accenture leaders and deal teams, providing critical insights on competitive pricing and commercial trends.
  • Conduct competitive price benchmarking, delivering well-founded perspectives to inform decision-making.
  • Develop and communicate insights regarding competitive pricing and commercial behavior.
  • Guide deal teams to optimize commercial strategies and enhance profitability.
  • Support sales teams and leadership in understanding client requirements and selection criteria.
  • Collaborate with sales professionals to analyze solutions and develop persuasive proposals.
  • Monitor and report on market and competitive trends across key business themes.
  • Deliver actionable intelligence to differentiate Accenture in the marketplace and optimize deal outcomes.
  • Demonstrate experience in emerging disciplines such as sustainability, generative AI, adoption of outcome-oriented commercial models, and provide advisory on pricing tools and platforms.
  • Identify and implement improvements to pricing tools and processes.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the IT market, principal competitors, and Accenture??s positioning.
  • Leverage expertise in data modeling and analytics tools (R, Python, Tableau, Power BI, etc.) to forecast price movements using macroeconomic indicators and historical pricing data.

    Required
    Qualifications
     
  • Bachelor??s or Master??s degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Advanced financial acumen and analytical capabilities.
  • Significant experience in price benchmarking, market intelligence, and deal shaping.
  • Proven leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong negotiation abilities.
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant, progressive experience in similar roles.

  •  
    Priority Skill 
  • Experience in solution architecture and commercial deal functions.
  • Familiarity with Accenture??s sales processes and tools, or analogous sales platforms and processes.

    Additional Requirements 
  • Ability to support or align work hours with those of the respective market unit or business area.
  • Flexibility to accommodate changing business needs and adjust working hours accordingly.
  • Access to a dedicated home office or workspace that meets local guidelines for productive remote work, including a secure, ergonomic environment and reliable high-speed internet connection.
