The work: The Center of Excellence (COE) enables Sales Excellence to deliver best-in-class offerings to Accenture leaders, practitioners, and sales teams. As a member of the COE Avanade Analytics team, you will equip Avanade people with solutions to meet their sales reporting needs, by: Managing access to tools such as Power BI dashboards, and Anaplan. Assess potential systems issues and bugs in MS Dynamics, Power BI dashboards, and Anaplan. Correcting excessive permissions and gaps in access. Training users on tool functionality. Collaborate with the Analytics COE, CIO DevOps, Avanade sales support and other end users to prioritize enhancement requests and resolve open issues. Promoting tool adoption, in collaboration with the Avanade Analytics teams. Communicating the benefits and uses of tools to end-users Contributing to the continuous improvement of the Tools & Reporting process. Assist the Lead with data visualization and introduce infographics in reporting dashboards to facilitate storytelling. Qualifications Heres what you need: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in information systems, analytics or similar field Three or more years of experience doing similar work. Intermediate Excel skills Advanced proficiency in MS Dynamics or Power BI Data visualization for sales, pricing, finance and related functions Excellent oral and written communication in English Strong collaboration and facilitation skills Ability to explain technical information to senior, non-technical users. Extra credit if you have: Masters degree in a technical field Understanding of sales processes and technology Project management experience Quality assurance experience Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision in a global environment. You may also need: Ability to work flexible hours according to business needs. Must have good internet connectivity and a distraction-free environment for working at home, in accordance with local guidelines.
