JD for Sales Executive/Engineer for Medium Voltage (MV) Panels and Retrofit Solutions

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets for MV Panels and Retrofit Solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements to provide effective solutions.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
  • Attend meetings, sales events, and training to keep abreast of the latest developments.
  • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts.
  • Manage and report on customer accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in the electrical or related industry.
  • Knowledge of MV Panels and Siemens MV Breaker/Panel Spares and Retrofit Solutions.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Good time management and planning skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
