You will be working with a team of 18,000 employees across 60 countries who are committed to "co-innovate tomorrow" and are passionate about technology and sustainability. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Leadership and Direction:** - Communicate and implement the function's strategy and business plan within the team. - Motivate team members to commit to the organization's mission, vision, and values. - **Customer Relationship Development / Prospecting:** - Develop and implement a relationship management plan for potential customer accounts. - Identify and build relationships with key decision makers and influencers within customer organizations. - **Sales Opportunities Creation:** - Develop a personal network within the business sector. - Represent the organization at business sector events to enhance visibility and reputation. - **Sell Customer Propositions:** - Identify products/services that meet customer needs. - Present solutions to customers with a clear rationale and at standard terms. - **Promoting Customer Focus:** - Collaborate internally and work as the customer champion in cross-functional teams. - **Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Data:** - Enter customer information into CRM system for effective customer retention and business development activities. - **Policy Development & Implementation:** - Help develop procedures for the organization and monitor their implementation. - **Organizational Capability Building:** - Identify team's individual development needs and plan actions to build their capabilities. - **Functional Strategy Formation:** - Contribute to the formation of functional strategy through specialist expertise and insights. - **Business Planning:** - Contribute to the development of annual business plans and key activities/projects. - **Budgeting:** - Deliver a budget for the organization or conduct analyses on budget progress. - **Operational Compliance:** - Maintain a deep understanding of policies, procedures, and regulatory codes. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level in Instrumentation and Electronics. - Over 8 to 12 years of experience dealing with Indian Customers in Oil and Gas upstream, Pipeline SCADA sector. - Experience with Private EPC/DEC is desirable. - Working knowledge of CI Server, Centum VP, and Prosafe Hardware is a must. - Managerial experience of over 2 to 4 years in planning and managing resources.
