Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales of automation products (Servo, Stepper, PLC, HMI, SCADA, Control Panels)
Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to post-sales
Lead and mentor a team of 10+ sales professionals
Build and expand customer base in assigned regions
Collaborate with engineering for solution customization
Present at trade shows and client visits
Deliver performance reports and sales forecasts
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction

Requirements:

2–5 years of industrial automation sales experience
Degree/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or related field
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Willingness to travel as needed
