To excel in this position, you must possess exceptional sales skills, adept customer relationship management abilities, and a sharp eye for identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities. Your primary responsibilities include achieving and surpassing sales targets, cultivating strong customer relationships, understanding client needs to provide customized solutions, staying updated on industry trends and company products, exploring new business prospects through market research, maintaining accurate records in the CRM system, representing the company at various industry events, collaborating with internal teams for customer satisfaction, and upholding professionalism in all customer interactions and negotiations. The ideal candidate for this role should have 3 to 5 years of Sales & Technical Sales Experience in the printing/packaging industry, specifically in capital equipment sales and allied/captive equipment sales. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other basic office applications is required. Moreover, familiarity with the geographical landscape of the West Region market is essential.
