Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Engineer role located in Chakan. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for engaging with clients to understand their requirements, providing technical solutions, supporting industrial sales operations, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role also involves managing customer relationships, creating proposals, demonstrating technical products, and ensuring client satisfaction through after-sales support.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales, Sales Engineering, and a strong technical understanding of metal cutting tools or industrial consumables.
• Experience in providing Technical Support and addressing client needs with effective product solutions.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to cultivate strong professional relationships with clients.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within an on-site environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical discipline.
• Previous experience in industrial sales or a similar field is an advantage.
• Problem-solving mindset and proficiency in computer applications relevant to sales processes.
