Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales and marketing efforts for structural bearings, expansion joints, seismic isolation systems, and structural health monitoring solutions for infrastructure and bridge projects.
• Collaborate with design and estimation teams to prepare detailed techno-commercial proposals.
• Meet with customers and consultants to conduct technical and commercial discussions, aiming to secure and close orders.
• Liaise with internal departments including design, procurement, production, and erection teams to ensure timely and efficient order execution.
• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans targeting key infrastructure sectors.
• Identify new business opportunities and explore untapped market segments.
• Relay customer feedback and technical requirements to support product development and improvement initiatives.
• Conduct market research and compile competitive intelligence reports.

Candidate Profile:

Educational Background:

• B.E./B.Tech. in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
• Additional certifications in Marketing, Management, or Digital Marketing are a plus

Experience:

• Preferred: Minimum 2 years in sales, marketing, or sales support roles

Skills:

• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (spoken and written)
• Confident in preparing and presenting technical/product presentations
• Strong interpersonal skills with an engineering mindset
• Open to extensive travel across India and neighboring regions
