Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and manage new and existing customer accounts within the
industrial and manufacturing sector.
Understand customer technical requirements and recommend suitable engineering and
manufacturing solutions.
Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and cost
estimates.
Coordinate closely with design, production, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure
feasibility and timely execution of orders.
Conduct product demonstrations, technical discussions, and client presentations.
Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and commercial terms in line with company
policies.
Track sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and maintain accurate records in CRM/ERP
systems.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify new
business opportunities.
Support post-sales activities to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term
partnerships.
Ensure compliance with company standards, contractual obligations, and industry
regulations.
