Job Purpose The Sales Engineer is responsible for driving revenue growth by conducting active field visits, performing precise on-site technical measurements, and coordinating between the client and production teams to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Development: To promote and scale up the business, you would be required to visit at any client premises, through prior appointments. The purpose of these meetings is to generate more revenue for the company.
• Maintain strong business follow-ups and exhibit a result-oriented approach to meeting targets.
• Site Surveys & Measurement:
• Visit client sites to take accurate physical measurements and interpret technical site requirements.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings to ensure proposed solutions match site constraints.
• Technical Coordination:
• Coordinate with Production, Dispatch, and Design departments to communicate material requirements based on site data.
• Provide technical explanations to client queries during the pre-sales and installation phases.
• Documentation & Reporting:
• Prepare daily progress reports, site visit reports, and material requirement summaries.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and site specifications using MS Office/Excel.

Requisite Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering. A Graduate or Post Graduate degree in any stream with relevant technical experience will also be considered.
• Experience: 5–7 years of relevant experience in Sales or Site Engineering.
• Experience in Auto Components, Fasteners, or the Sheet Metal industry is highly preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading engineering drawings and taking site measurements.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email).
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• High level of commitment and the ability to handle pressure and deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
