Key responsibilities

• Manage and execute the complete billing cycle, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of invoices.
• Generate and process Invoices accurately for sales transactions.
• Prepare and manage E-Bill (Electronic Bill) documentation as required by regulations.
• Expertly generate E-Way Bills for the movement of goods in compliance with GST rules.
• Handle and process documentation related to Purchase Orders (POs), coordinating with the procurement and inventory teams.
• Verify vendor invoices against purchase orders and goods receipt notes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records.
• Perform data entry for all financial transactions, including sales, purchases, and expenses.
• Assist with bank reconciliation, accounts payable, and accounts receivable management.
• Support month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Software Proficiency:
• Demonstrate high efficiency in using Tally software for day-to-day accounting, report generation, and data management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
• Experience: 1-2 Years
• Mandatory knowledge of Billing, E-Bill, E-Way Bill generation, and Invoice preparation.
• Strong, verifiable proficiency in Tally accounting software.
• Basic knowledge of GST compliance and Purchase Order processing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).

Work Environment

• Office Timings: 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM.
• The role requires a dedicated and focused approach to work within a dynamic industry setting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
