Production Planning & Control • Develop and implement production schedules and workflows. • Ensure availability and efficient use of manpower, machinery, and materials. • Monitor production output, adjust schedules as needed, and resolve bottlenecks. 2. Quality Management • Ensure adherence to quality standards, policies, and procedures. • Coordinate with the Quality Assurance team to maintain product quality. • Implement corrective actions for deviations and reduce rejection rates. 3. Process Improvement • Identify areas of waste and inefficiency and implement Lean / Kaizen / Six Sigma practices. • Optimize production processes for cost-effectiveness and efficiency. • Ensure continuous improvement initiatives are implemented across the production line. 4. Team Management • Lead, train, and motivate the production team to achieve targets. • Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching and mentoring. • Ensure compliance with company policies and disciplinary standards. 5. Safety & Compliance • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. • Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments. • Promote a culture of safety and accountability among staff. 6. Reporting & Coordination • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports. • Collaborate with procurement, maintenance, and logistics teams for smooth operations. • Report deviations and recommend improvements to senior management.
