Role Overview
Protech Engineering is seeking a proactive and technically sound Production Engineer to
support day-to-day manufacturing operations. The role focuses on optimizing production
processes, ensuring timely output, maintaining quality standards, and improving overall
operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily production activities to meet output, quality, and
delivery targets.
Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, machines, and materials.
Implement and monitor production schedules in coordination with planning and
supply chain teams.
Identify process inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and company procedures.
Coordinate with maintenance teams to minimize downtime and improve equipment
reliability.
Analyze production data and prepare reports on productivity, rejection, downtime,
and efficiency.
Support implementation of lean manufacturing, 5S, and cost-reduction initiatives.
Assist in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions for production issues.
Support new product introduction and process validation activities.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
