Job Description

We are hiring a motivated and experienced Sales Engineer with a strong background in Pharma Equipment Sales or Hospital Sales to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in driving B2B sales within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector, along with excellent communication and client engagement skills. Role & responsibilities Drive sales and business development efforts in pharmaceutical and hospital equipment sectors . Conduct regular client visits for product presentations, relationship management, and order closures. Independently identify and onboard new vendors to strengthen the business network. Understand customer requirements and provide customized equipment solutions. Meet sales targets and ensure timely reporting of sales activities. Collaborate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and after-sales support. Maintain in-depth knowledge of product features, specifications, and competitive positioning. Preferred candidate profile Male candidates preferred Mandatory experience in Pharma Equipment Sales or Hospital Sales . Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to generate leads, onboard vendors , and maintain client relationships. Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territories. Fluency in English and regional language(s) preferred. Result-driven, self-motivated, and goal-oriented professional Working Days/Shift Timings: 6 Days/ Day Shift
