Job Description

What Youll Do

Counsel students and parents on
NEET & JEE courses
, batch structures, learning pathways, and exam strategies.
Conduct
face-to-face and telephonic counselling sessions
to understand academic goals and recommend suitable PW programs.
Convert
walk-ins, leads, and inquiries
into admissions by explaining course value, study plans, and student outcomes.
Provide
personalized academic guidance
aligned with students’ exam goals, strengths, and areas of improvement.
Maintain accurate
student records, enquiry logs, and follow-up trackers
to ensure timely communication.
Collaborate with the team during
academic events, seminars, workshops, parent interactions, and student engagement initiatives
.

What We’re Looking For

Graduate in any discipline (Education, Counselling, or Science background preferred).
1–3 years of experience
in student counselling, NEET/JEE domain counselling, academic support, or inside sales.
Strong understanding of
NEET & JEE exam patterns
, typical student challenges, and competitive exam ecosystem (preferred).
Excellent communication skills in
English & Hindi
with the ability to connect effectively with students & parents.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and a strong team player with the ability to handle pressure during peak admission cycles.
