Job Description – Pamper Counsellor (Female Only)

Salary: ₹14000 in hand per month

The Pampers Counsellor will be responsible for guiding and assisting parents in understanding Pampers baby care products. The role includes product demonstration, customer counselling, generating sales, and maintaining strong relationships with store staff and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel parents and customers on Pampers diapers and baby care products.
• Explain product features, benefits, size guide, and usage.
• Conduct product demonstrations and sampling activities.
• Drive sales and achieve daily/weekly targets.
• Ensure proper product display and visibility in the store.
• Maintain hygiene, stock levels, and availability at retail counters.
• Build strong relationships with store staff and customers.
• Collect customer feedback and share insights with the team.
• Maintain daily reporting of sales and activities.

Skills Required:

• Good communication and customer handling skills.
• Basic product knowledge of baby care (training will be provided).
• Positive attitude and confidence while counselling parents.
• Ability to work in retail/store environment.

Eligibility:

• Qualification: Graduate
• Experience: 0–2 years in FMCG/Retail (freshers can apply)
• Age: 18–32 years

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
