About the Job

We are hiring Immigration Counsellors to guide candidates through overseas visa and immigration processes. Training will be provided. If you have good communication skills and enjoy helping people, this role is ideal for you.

• Explain visa and immigration programs to clients
• Assess client eligibility for work, study, and PR options
• Assist with documents and application preparation
• Follow up with clients for updates and submissions
• Maintain client information in the CRM
• Provide accurate information and customer support
• Freshers and experienced candidates
• Strong communication skills
• Any graduation background
• Experience in counselling, telecalling, sales, or customer service is an advantage
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM)
• Training on immigration processes will be provided

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹45,000 per month + incentives
