Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Handle walk-in, call-in, and online enquiries.
Counsel students & parents about available courses, eligibility, fees, and career pathways.
Guide students through the admission process and program options.
Follow up with leads to maximize enquiry-to-admission conversions.
Maintain updated records of enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions.
Coordinate with the admissions and academic team for smooth onboarding.
Participate in seminars, open Session, and counselling events.
Build a positive rapport with students to enhance the institutes reputation.

Preferred candidate profile

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Strong listening and counselling abilities
Confident with public speaking and counselling
Strong networking & relationship-building capability
Target-oriented with strong follow-up discipline
Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools
