Job Title: Sales Engineer / Sr. Sales Engineer (designation will be dependent of level of experience of the candidate) Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka About MOONS MOONS’ is a globally recognized manufacturer specializing in motors, motor drive systems, intelligent LED drivers, and system solutions for intelligent system management in large, asset-intensive industrial enterprises. Key Responsibilities: Sales Leadership: Oversee the sales of MOONS’ motion control products (stepper motors, stepper drives, linear actuators, servomotors, servo drives) across the Banglore and South region, including major industrial hubs like Bengaluru, Mysuru, etc. Channel Partner Management: Build and manage a strong network of channel partners, ensuring collaboration and growth in your assigned territory. Customer Engagement: Foster strong relationships with direct and indirect customers, working closely with channel partners and internal teams for mutual success. OEM Relationship Development: Plan and execute visits to OEMs, identifying opportunities to maximize revenue and business growth. Performance Targets: Achieve both individual and company sales goals, driving success through consistent efforts and results. Sales Reporting & Forecasting: Submit timely and accurate sales reports, along with detailed sales forecasts to ensure proper business planning and alignment. Qualification: Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering. Experience: 4 to 7 years of proven experience in the sales of motion control products such as stepper motors, servomotors, drives, or industrial automation products (PLC, motion controllers, drives, etc.). Market Expertise: In-depth understanding of the Bengaluru market and strong relationships with local customers and key decision-makers in industrial enterprises. Networking Skills: Ability to build and maintain relationships with CEOs, MDs, and top management of client organizations.
