Job Description: We are seeking an Application Engineer to join our team in Pune, Maharashtra (designation will be dependent of level of experience of the candidate). The ideal candidate will have 1 to 5 years of experience in motion control or industrial automation. The Application Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, application development, and training for our clients and partners across the western region of India. Key Responsibilities: Application Development & Technical Support: Provide end-to-end support for the development and integration of motion control systems for client applications. Deliver timely and effective technical assistance for pre-sales and post-sales support. Sales Engineering Collaboration: Work closely with Sales Engineers to evaluate customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions. Assist in the preparation of technical proposals and product demonstrations. Training & Enablement: Conduct product training for customers and channel partners, including hands-on demonstrations and software walkthroughs. Help customers and partners improve their knowledge of system integration and product functionality. Onsite Support & Travel: Travel to client sites as needed to assist in installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and application support. Provide flexible and responsive on-site service with short notice when required. Product Management & Promotion: Act as a product expert for motion control solutions such as stepper motors, servo motors, and drives. Support marketing activities, including participation in exhibitions, webinars, and promotional events. Key Qualifications: Educational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Automation, or Robotics Engineering Experience: 1 to 5 years of experience in: Technical support or application engineering of motion control products (e.g., stepper motors, servo motors, drives) Industrial automation components such as PLCs, motion controllers, HMIs, and drives Skills & Knowledge: Strong understanding of motion control systems and industrial automation technologies Ability to analyze technical problems and develop effective solutions Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software-related issues Excellent verbal and written communication skills Willingness to travel and work closely with clients in the field Experience in training delivery and technical documentation is a plus Male Candidate only Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹320,155.85 - ₹400,000.00 per year Benefits: Health insurance Leave encashment Paid sick time Work Location: In person
