Sales Engineer

As a Sales & Relationship Management professional for the organization in Patna, you will be responsible for various key activities including: - Managing client relationships and selling company products and services in the assigned territory. - Achieving New Business and Shipment of machines in-line with AOP target. - Implementing sales strategies, identifying potential customers, and managing existing customer relationships. - Accessing market and competitor's movements. - Establishing relationships with dormant and competitor's customers. - Collaborating with sales, IT, and finance to create and maintain reporting requirements. - Ensuring revenue recognition and forecasting systems provide accurate and timely data. - Developing, planning, and conducting training on techniques for selling the organization's products and/or services. - Handling a variety of straightforward tasks, processes, or systems. - Recognizing and solving typical problems without supervisory approval. - Managing own workload with periodic guidance under moderate supervision. Qualifications required for this role include: - Must possess a full-time BE/B-Tech degree with 5 - 6 years" experience in Equipment sales and relationship management. - Having knowledge in Equipment sales, preferably from the Plastic Industry.
