Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell Schneider Electric industrial automation products (PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, VFDs, etc.) to OEMs, system integrators, and end-users.
• Identify new business opportunities in industrial sectors including (but not limited to)

  winch manufacturing, cranes, and heavy equipment automation

  .
• Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with clients to demonstrate value propositions.
• Understand customer applications and propose automation solutions that meet technical and commercial requirements.
• Coordinate with internal technical teams for solution design and project execution.
• Prepare and negotiate quotes, tenders, and commercial contracts.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure post-sales support in collaboration with the service team.

Requirements:

• B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related fields.
• 3–5 years of experience in industrial automation sales.
• Strong knowledge of Schneider Electric products (preferred).
• Experience in solution sales for industrial machinery, automation panels, or control systems.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel within the region.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with clients in the

  winch, crane, hoisting, or lifting

  industries.
• Familiarity with industrial protocols (Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP, etc.).
• Knowledge of system integration or project execution in automation.
