B2B Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand customer requirements and deliver tailored technical solutions.
  • Manage & grow business with existing customers while developing new opportunities
  • Work closely with the sales team to provide technical expertise during client meetings.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and technical discussions.
  • Prepare, present, and follow up on quotations; lead negotiations, and close deals.
  • Provide reliable after-sales support, including troubleshooting and problem resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals and ensure customer satisfaction.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Education

    : B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical
  • Experience

    : 2–3 years in a B2B technical sales role (Industrial Equipment, Hydraulics,, etc.).
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-driven, result-oriented
  • Willingness to travel as required for client visits and business development.
