Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Strengthening of sales pipeline by aggressive hunting, lead generation.
  • Track conversion funnel & provide strategic input.

  • Identifying customer requirements, define markets & customize solutions & offering.

  • Develop new Products and supplier partner

  • Customer relationship Management by focusing on Existing Accounts & providing Customer Support by regular Visits.

  • Ensure the adherence of Monthly Sales Target as per defined Sales Budget

  • Ensure timely receipt of AR as per credit terms

  • Manage VMI/ Stock as Per Min-Max.

  • Strict adherence to delivery.

  • Developing & implementing Sales strategies, activities to meet annual sales goal.

  • Formulating SOP to cater the new developed customers.

  • Covering maximum categories to increase wallet size of the customers by cross selling.

  • Ensure business growth quarte on quarter by increasing repeat & sustained business from a customer.

  • Prepare quarterly and annual sales forecast.

  • To Generate New Leads & RFQs for Better Business Opportunities in order to maximize the sales and profits of the Company.

  • To Finalize Sales Budget in-line with Company's Mission & Vision.

  • To Report all the Sales & marketing activities to the Management on weekly basis.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Development & Management

  • Good knowledge of all functions of Sales.

  • Good Communication in English/Hindi (verbal and written)

  • High confidence to talk with people and good interpersonal skill

  • Good knowledge on computers in Excel and Power point for presentation. Good commend over SAP
