The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth, build long-term customer relations, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions.Mandatory Skills :B2B Sales experience – minimum 2 yearsExperience selling to Government, PSU & Enterprise customersKnowledge of Electrical Panels / Automation Solutions / Energy Saving / IoT productsProduct familiarity with ABB / Siemens / Schneider / Mitsubishi (preferred)Strong in Excel, PPT, CRM/ERP toolsExcellent Communication & Negotiation Skills (English & Odia preferred)Key Responsibilities :Lead Business Development & Lead Generation for enterprise accountsMeet & exceed sales targets and revenue objectivesConduct customer meetings, presentations & negotiationsPrepare proposals, sales quotations, pricing & budgetingCoordinate with Design & Costing teams for technical & commercial offersKeep track of competitor products, OEMs & market trendsSupport after-sales service & ensure customer satisfactionMaintain payment follow-ups, sales reports (weekly/monthly) and CRM documentationPlan & schedule customer visits and maintain visit logs
