Position: Sales Engineer (3 Positions)
Location: BBSR/ Satara / Pune /Delhi (Flexible as per business needs)
Reports To: Head – Sales & BD
Experience: 3–7 years
Key Responsibilities:
· - Generate and follow-up leads for valves and dampers in target industries.
· - Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and tender documents.
· - Conduct site visits, product demos, and customer meetings.
· - Coordinate with design and execution teams for custom-engineered solutions.
· - Maintain customer database and project tracker.
Qualifications:
· - Diploma/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.
· - 3–7 years in technical B2B sales of capital equipment/valves preferred.
· - Familiarity with SAP/CRM systems and tender portals.
KPIs:
· - Number of customer visits/month
· - Sales funnel size (₹)
· - Quotation-to-order conversion ratio
· - Timely submission of tenders & technical clarifications
