Diploma / BE / B.Tech Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Instrumentation
Minimum 2 to 7 years of experience in Sales / Business Development in electrical, electronics, or electro-mechanical components industry.
1. Experience in customer visits and dealing, product promotion, lead generation, and sales order follow-ups.
2. Strong understanding of electrical/electronic components and field sales operations is essential.
3. Should be proficient in explaining product features, applications, and benefits, conducting basic technical presentations, and managing OEMs, panel builders, system integrators, dealers, and distributors.
4. Must have experience in achieving sales targets, supporting negotiations, coordinating with internal teams for order execution, and providing timely customer support.
