Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct introductory and technical sales meetings with clients.
  
• Understand customer requirements and offer tailored machinery solutions.
  
• Prepare and present techno-commercial proposals.
  
• Handle negotiations and close sales deals.
  
• Ensure timely payment collections and customer satisfaction.
  
• Regularly update CRM and provide sales reports.
  
• Participate and coordinate in trade shows, expos, and industry events.
  
• Promote products including:
  
• Industrial Machinery
  
• Material Handling Equipment
  
• CNC Machines
  
• Furniture & Plywood Machinery
  
• Special Purpose Machines
  

Candidate Profile

• Education:

  Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering or related fields.

• Experience:

  3–5 years in Sales or Business Development of Capital Equipment / Industrial Products.

• Industry Preference:

  Experience in woodworking / furniture / plywood machinery is highly desirable.

• Technical Skills:

  Strong understanding of woodworking machinery, production processes, and tooling systems.

• Soft Skills:

  Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Travel:

  Willingness to travel for client meetings, exhibitions, and demos. (Own vehicle required for local travel.)
